Domino Theory Redux

This is a blog that I originally wrote on June 19, 2007. It was sent as a potential op-ed to a newspaper but not used at the time. I have recently seen others expound a similar idea and the principles still hold. It is possibly the greatest danger facing the democratic Western world at the beginning of 2010. Thus, I have reset the date of posting so that it appears as the first entry.


It is time to resurrect the “domino theory” in light of the fall of Gaza to Hamas. The totalitarian entities that claimed the name of “Communism” for their regimes had a fatal flaw. They claimed to be acting for the “people”, yet once people got hungry or unstimulated enough, then those regimes fell. The few remaining “communist” regimes will soon fall, and will do so even sooner if the West does not keep on supporting them by providing aid and succumbing to threats.

The fall of Arab and Muslim countries to warlike creeds of Islam is continuing unabated, with Gaza merely being the latest example. In these cases, the people overthrowing the rule of law are being inculcated with a belief that they are performing the will of a supreme being, Allah. How can one argue with the Lord? Therefore, one must do whatever is needed to bring Allah’s will to earth and achieve a Khilafah (effectively an Islamic state that will include all Muslim nations, and which will eventually be the whole world), even if this means throwing some of your erstwhile allies and co-religionists from buildings in order to create the “era of justice and Islamic rule.” (Hamas spokesman)

Many Muslims hold that the original 1300 year old Khilafah was destroyed on 3rd March 1924, when Mustafa Kemal officially abolished the Ottoman Empire in Turkey, and yet today, it is only Turkey that can be remotely considered a democracy in a country with predominantly Muslim citizens. After the demise of secular pan-Arab nationalism in the 1970’s came the rise of the theological tyranny, and even that was first limited to single branch of Islam. Iran became the first state to take jihad to the road. There is good reason for the radicals to think that they are winning, and for evidence, one only has to look at the world today.

Afghanistan cannot be built into a working nation, and the best that can be done is to prevent it being resurrected as a terrorist haven. The same holds true for Iraq, with the three religious and ethnic groups that abhor each other being constrained in the artificial boundaries drawn by Churchill to create that country. Hezbollah holds Southern Lebanon, Hamas now holds Gaza, Pakistan allows Al Quaida freedom of its border regions, the Southern Philippines has terrorist groups in large control and even Brazilian borderlands are being used for terrorist bases. The Sudanese genocide persists, and other than words, nothing is being done to prevent the massacres and ethnic cleansing of Darfur. Support for terrorist actions in Argentina, Bali, Spain, England and the USA has resulted in great success for them, and the backers of the assaults are not being held responsible.

None of this bodes well for Fatah’s next actions, and it will have to prove itself to be more militant in its next activities if it wishes to survive as an organization that has Muslim support. Even with the misguided support of the US, the EU, Russia and to a large extent, Israel itself, after Fatah’s acclaimed success in making the Gaza Strip Judenrein, it first lost an election to Hamas, and then a war. Although Abbas has finally acted against Hamas, he will have to encourage Fatah to launch more attacks against Israeli citizens in order for Fatah to recover from the damage done to its militant credentials. The weak do not survive very long in the Middle East.

However, Fatah has an uphill battle in the long term since it is battling against a religious force, and Fatah remains a largely secular organization bedeviled by corruption and clans. Although clans and family are unifying motivators, they can only partially mitigate against the fervour of those who fight for Allah alone. Thus, the West Bank of the Jordan River may be the next domino to fall.

Going back further, Pakistan became an Islamic State because the Muslims of India led by the secular Jinnah of the Muslim League wanted a separate Muslim State in 1947. Bangladesh was created for the same reason. Yet India ceding part of its territory has not given it peace on the borders with its Muslim neighbour, and some claim against India regularly appears in order to justify the perpetual hostility.

So the “domino effect” re-emerges as a theory whose timing and subject may have been misplaced in history, but not as a theory that should be discredited. It can be linked to our understanding of the 1930’s. When we studied that period as schoolchildren with the benefit of hindsight, the same questions were always “why did no one do anything? Why did no one see what was coming?”. Hitler said what he was going to do, and you can visit an innumerable number of websites that say what radical Islam wants to do. If you do not want to log on to those websites then simply listen to the President of Iran, as he orates a very nice summary of them. We cannot say that we do not know what is coming.

Negotiations cannot work because there is nothing to negotiate over. Israel may be sacrificed by the West in the near future but it will not sate the desire for a Khilafah, and as the famous quote of Pastor Martin Niemöller said “first they came for the Jews and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew and finally they came for me ………and there was no one left to speak out for me.”

Each fall of a region to a more radical force will encourage those who believe that such success is a divine reward. Iran’s acquisition of nuclear weapons in the immediate short term will allow the conquests to occur at a faster rate because Iran’s rulers will have no fear in using them. After all, if Allah did not want Iran to use the weapons for his cause, then he would not have provided them. If Iran wins, then more of the world will adopt their Islamic ways, and if it loses, then heaven will be crowded with a lot of martyrs looking for virgins. Either way they think they win, and so there is no possible deterrent. And either way, there will be a lot of dead people.

Can we do anything that will really matter? It is hard to say, but let’s try. Demand action of our leaders and speak to MPs and local councilors. Ask that your country keeps doing all that it can to fight terrorism here and abroad. Ask that your representatives act in any manner that will prevent Iran going nuclear. Ask them if they think Iran needs nuclear facilities when it has the world's second largest reserves of conventional crude oil. Ask that there should be no funding for, or attendances by our representatives at, events with groups espousing support of terrorist groups, however much they may sympathsize with the ultimate cause. Ask that universities should not be renting out rooms for days of hatred.

Do not be afraid to state the obvious when confronted with political correctness that allows support of terrorism, to understand it, and that permits it to fester. That sort of political correctness does nothing to make society more encompassing of different genders, ethnicities or religions.

Each of us individually may feel helpless and powerless, and it may already be too late because of the impending Iranian nuclear acquisition, but if we do nothing, then the dominoes will certainly continue to fall.

The future of America, the Free World and American Jews - A warning vision on November 2, 2020

I don’t do nuance and yet I am rarely wrong on global matters. In my lifetime, I only got the Scottish independence vote wrong so far. Disagree with me if you wish, but then watch my predictions come true, because what hangs in the balance is the future of America, the Free World and the future of the Jews in North America, or more accurately, the timing of the future of Jews in North America. Forgive me if I cover a range of political, historical and philosophical issues in order to share my vision. 

Everything changes, quite often not for the better. One should not ignore the obvious especially in this day and age with our understanding of ballistic missiles and nuclear weaponry, and with the biggest existential physical threat to Israel and the Jewish people coming from Iran and its evil minions. Notwithstanding President Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as the 3,300 year old capital of the Jewish faith, the damage done by bHobama providing Iran with a legitimized path to ballistic nuclear weapons, funding terrorism and arranging a UN Security Council resolution that determined Jews have no right to the Jewish Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem, the Western Wall, nor the Temple Mount, never mind Judea and Samaria as a whole, is still circling as an evil mist. UN Resolution 2334 is a highly dangerous ethno-religious cleansing resolution in relation to Jewish rights and will be nigh impossible to overturn in any conceivable future.

There are 2 sides to every situation, but importantly, the 2 sides are not always equivalent, of equal worth nor the same. Everything may seem to be a dichotomy, black/white, male/female, up/down, progressive/regressive. These are all things, ideas, that are simply defined as differences.

But we also have chaos versus order, destruction vs building, and a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to cry and a time to laugh, a time for love and a time for hate, a time for war and a time for peace, etc. Ultimately, there is good vs evil, right vs wrong.

You don’t need clever nuances to reverse what is plain to your sight. It isn’t clever to invert and pervert the obvious, what is clear, by way of convoluted argument

But not only must you recognize what is in plain sight, you must act upon it. Sometimes, it may seem brutal when you act, but failure to act, or worse, appeasement and engagement with evil will result in evil winning.

History is a good guide. Many nations of the world often gather against Jews, Jerusalem and Israel. It was almost complete in 1973 during the Yom Kippur war. Eventually, Kissinger allowed Israel to be restocked although nearly 3,000 Jews were killed due to him, many thousands more maimed and families ruined. On a purely strategic basis, this was not exactly the way for the USA to treat an ally when the Soviet Union had been restocking Egypt and Syria daily after instigating the war.  When the supplies started, only Portugal out of all Europe permitted the Azores to be used as a staging post for the planes. Every other European country denied use of their airfields, and Greece and Turkey, both permitted the Soviets to fly over their territory.

There has been a revision of history that Sadat and Assad merely wanted to regain honour and bring Israel to the negotiating table. We know that if they had the ability to destroy Israel, they would have and that would be the end of Judaism except for a few miniscule sects. Anti-Semitic enemies kill Jews whenever they have a chance, that’s why Jews are now barred from certain areas of the land of Israel. It isn’t safe for a Jew to go to many areas of their historic heartlands.

North American Jews need to listen and see what has already happened where I originally came from, the UK and Europe, and what is happening in Canada. The anti-Semites are winning, and if you don’t think the same is happening to the Democrats in the USA, then you are blind to the obvious. They have liaised with Jeremy Corbyn, an anti-Semite of the first order and terrorist enabler. He caused a huge swell of overt physical anti-Semitism in the UK, and it wasn’t great when I left. I warned that bHobama’s election would result in a global wave of anti-Semitism the likes of which had not been seen since the 1930s, and it is here now. In the UK, when I left, Jews already lived behind barbed wire, electric fence airlocks, bomb-proof glass and guards supplied only by the Jewish community because the police were unreliable, at best. 

The global wave of anti-Semitism that we face today was initiated by obama’s supposedly “only” anti-Israel actions. Wherever we see that excuse, that the anti-Semites claim they are just against the policies of the Israeli government, we see anti-Semitism thrive. I was against the policies of the Israeli government in the 1990s, but I was seeking Israel’s protection, not its destruction. The anti-Semites masquerade as human rights social justice tikkun olam warriors so that what is left of Israel shall be cleft in two again, in order for the 4 state solution to be created (the Jewish people already gave up Cis-Jordan and Gaza, plus Sinai). The 4 state solution is for a fake people created in the early 1960s for the sole purpose of destroying Israel, and Judaism. It is obvious what drives it and we know what they intend to follow. Blatant physical anti-semitism. The lies told about Israel and Jews are breath-taking and flourishing in the Democrat Party now. But what is worse, when you mix with those people and they think they are amongst friends, they openly admit what drives them.

The intersectional sewage that mixes pseudo-liberal leftists with core Islamic beliefs is there for all to read. Everyone should read the quran. It’s all there in blood and white. That’s the only way you get an understanding of where the world stands on November 2, 2020 in the cycle of Jewish history.

One need only heed the words of Golda Meir when people asked her if she was afraid, because of Israel’s need for defence, that the country may become militaristic, and she answered that she did not “want a fine, liberal, anti-colonial, anti-militaristic, dead Jewish people”.

In that line, she encapsulated that the Jewish people cannot truly survive without Israel. The attacks on Israel, are an attack on Jews. That is the obvious truth today, and you can see what is happening to France in spite of their appeasement. I lived through the malign perversions conducted by the BBC and Guardian in the UK, the hateful influence created by an insane immigration policy that first infested the Liberal Democrat Party and that has now poisoned the Labour party.

I have seen it happening later on in Canada to the New Democratic Party, the Greens and now the Liberals. There are only 338 MPs in Canada, and yet an associate of the  PFLP terrorist group managed to get 18 MPs to Israel during the summer of 2019, 7 from the ruling Liberal party, and the leader of the Green Party. The leader of the Greens in the leadership debates devolved into a full on anti-Semitic rant that became her most popular clip on her campaign trail. The poison spreads even in the green movement. The Canadian liberal Party had bHobama interfere with Canada’s last election by sending a team to help Trudeau get elected. He has meddled again since then, just as he did in Israel, the UK, the Brexit vote and in Australia’s elections. Even the so-called moderates like Pelosi of the Democrats have liaised with the proven anti-Semite Corbyn of the UK labour party, never mind the hate-mongers of aoc and her ilk. 

That is America’s future and that of its Jews, unless they act hard and act quickly; it’s a European future - Living behind security. Kids not able to walk to friend’s houses in the neighbourhood without being attacked. And the assault on Israel will result in even worse anti-Semitism on their doorsteps.  It may be too late to take back the Democratic party because once totalitarians take over a party, they do not let go without its destruction.

Under a Biden regime, Iran will get nuclear weapons and probably use them soon along with increased global terrorism, perhaps again funded by the US largesse. There will be no end to ethno-religious cleansing UN Security Council resolutions directed at Jews to be removed from their historic heartland. Funding for a genocidal anti-Semitic regime will be resumed. As I warned and it came true under bHobama, such acts encourage and enable anti-Semitism globally that was unleashed in 2008.

I don’t want another ISIS created either, and people quickly forget how prevalent they were just 4 years after being created by the last bHobama-biden administration. The Democrat party is riddled with anti-Semites and Biden has a 40 year history of it too. You cannot expect a man clearly suffering from some form of senile dementia to hold back the radicals flooding back into his administration, and he will soon be removed for the explicitly radical Harris. I use the term radical deliberately, because the Democrat Party is not seeking to implement left-wing policies any more, it is seeking policies beyond the remit of democratic norms.  

As for the general American populace, the destruction of their history and culture will continue as the radicals (not left-wingers) drive the Democrat party. Even the fact that the Democrats are pushing the minorities back into social welfare dependent status is bad for minorities, and the criminal justice reform tried by de Blasio in New York, just increased crime across the board. Division is key to radicals in that they seek to separate Americans into a hierarchy of minorities, instead of just being seen as Americans. Look out for more of that if Biden triumphs. Taxes are promised to go to 62%. As for court packing, it seems that those judges currently labelled as right-wing are merely considering the actual constitution and laws of the USA, not perverting it to a political ideology.

I don’t say to any American, nor any American Jew, to support one political party indefinitely. The political parties are not your religion and they should not be your identity. Their policies are what should guide you. If you value redistribution of wealth, open border immigration, trans rights, carbon taxes and appeasement of terrorist and tyrannical regimes more than the future of democracy, freedom, Jewish life in the USA, then so be it, go for the party that promotes those values. If not, then choose another party that stands by democracy, that has stood by Israel and stands by the Jewish people.

It is your choice.

Many Americans, especially the secular Jews, will sneer at a foreigner telling you this. I am not from the USA and don’t understand your system, etc. However, I have predicted results and seen it all before for may decades. I am here to tell you that the lesson of recent weeks is to see what is obvious, don’t try to explain it away, and that you should choose freedom and life.

 

1933 Redux: Barack Hussein Obama's legacy: Anti-Semite in Chief acts the day before Jews celebrate religious freedom to deny Jews any rights in their homeland

On this terrible day in Jewish history, those Jews who voted for Barack Hussein Obama must hang their heads in shame. bHobame was not content with handing nuclear weapons to the Iranian genocidal regime, he had to ensure that Jews had no rights to their home.

The UN Security Council just passed a binding resolution outlawing Jews from having any rights to their historic heartlands, all because a British trained Arab Legion of TransJordan staffed by Arabs who migrated from what is now Saudi Arabia, conquered Judea, Samaria and part of Jerusalem in 1948. Those invading Arabs then ethno-religiously cleansed Jews from those lands for 19 years before the lands of Jewish history were liberated in the 6 Day War of 1967. 

The UN Security Council have decided that Jews have no rights to the Jewish Quarter in Jerusalem, to the Temple Mount, to the Mount of Olives, to Hebron where the Biblical Matriarchs and Patriarchs are buried, to the graves of Rachel or Joseph, to Shiloh where the Ark of the Covenant first rested in the land of Israel, to King David’s birthplace. The place where Jesus the Jew walked in the Temple grounds are no longer to be accessible to Jews of today. Jews have no rights except to an Auschwitz strip approximately 9 miles wide at the base of a mountain range. A strip that only existed as the remnants of Jewry held back 7 invading Arab armies in 1948, at the cost of more than 1% of their population of a mere 600,000. 

This is the legacy of Barack Hussein Obama; an enabler, creator and supporter of vile anti-Semitism, the like of which we have not seen since the end of the Holocaust.

As a left-wing colleague of mine just said, this is 1933. The wave of anti-Semitism and BDS hatred that has already flooded through society will now be exponentially increased worldwide.

A dark day. The day before Jews worldwide celebrate the liberation of their Temple from foreign oppression, bHobama inspired, created and sponsored an anti-Semitic attack at the UN Security Council which has legally re-imposed foreign oppression on Jews and their freedom. We have seen such evil before, and empires that entered into such attacks have fallen into history. However, there is always a cost to the Jewish people. Those Jews that put bHobama in power have cost the lives of thousands of Jews,if not millions, and have cost the quality of life for the next generations of Jews, especially those outside of Israel.

The Oslo treachery/idiocy (you choose) led to this, but without malice aforethought of bHobama, this could not have happened. History is denied, religious rights of Jews and Christians are denied, and morality was just denied in support of a terrorist entity dedicated to the eradication of Jews.

A vote for the Clintons is a vote for corruption at the expense of America and the Free World

There are so many Clinton scandals that people now wash them off because they can't remember them all. The worst thing about bad people like her is that they make other people do bad things too. Sadly, an electorate now expect politicians to be corrupt and that is unfair to those who campaign honestly.

A vote for the corrupt Clintons is a vote for the continuance of the retreat of freedom and democracy that the Free World has suffered over the past 8 years. Iran and North Korea have nuclear weapons available and are now only working on delivery systems. Her idiocy created ISIS, a rampant Al Qaeda crescenting from Libya to Syria, not to mention her lies and inaction on Benghazi as she blamed some guy with a homemade video in the USA.

A vote for the corrupt Clintons is a vote for the destruction of Israel and therefore the destruction of the Jewish people. Maybe that’s not something that bothers you though.

A vote for the corrupt Clintons (all of them including Chelsea) is to approve of the use of the State Department to enrich themselves at the expense of the USA, on resource, diplomatic and military levels. A charity should not be paying for Chelsea Clinton’s wedding. Yet, for Hillary Clinton, taking bribes from those who deny basic women's rights, those who are homophobic and of course, ethno-eligious racists is just another day at the trough.

A vote for the corrupt Clintons is approval to continue loading up on $20 Trillion debt for America's future generations, a government healthcare grab that will leave more citizens without coverage, an eviscerated economy with a doubling of people on social welfare programs and removing themselves from workforce availability.

In my discussions with self-identified progressives, they have cursed Trump's support as illiterate, ill-educated, anti-Semitic, racist rednecks, and called Donald Trump himself a liar and a Nazi.  However, they refuse to discuss such claims further, and certainly not policy. They brush off Clinton’s corruption simply as politics and the ends justify the means. What a lesson that is for society, that cheats prosper.

In any event, support for each candidate is not monolithic and it is unfair to paint them as such. The base of Clinton's support is ill-educated visible minorities. So what? It's meaningless. America is made up of various types of citizens, and politicians attempt to pander to their niches overtly, but especially in Clinton's case ( and the corrupt mcguinty/wynne in Ontario), then abuse the electorate’s support covertly. Those citizens vote, and one shouldn't place oneself in a political system based upon who else supports a candidate, especially not narcissistic celebrities. Place yourself based upon what you believe the candidates will do and the effect of your support.

By libelling or slandering Trump's supporters one is copying what the UK media and pseudo elites did regarding the Brexit voters. Brexit voters are not ill-educated racists as a whole, and as they were tarred, but they saw British institutions disappearing and huge economic tolls on their daily lives. They had a last chance and took it.

Labelling Trump’s supporters as low-lives and as a reason for not supporting a candidate smacks of arrogance.

We are down to 2 in the USA. I've been watching Trump as a politician for 15 months. I believe him and he addresses issues with common sense.

I don't trust Clinton on any single matter. I didn't even mention her email deletions yet. Didn't mention her secret dream to big banks about open borders for the USA. Open borders destroy countries, and being against them does not make you anti-immigrant. 

If you attack Trump, not only are you giving a free pass to the most corrupt person ever to seek the presidency, you are supporting Clinton. I've been watching her self-entitled crusade for decades and believe that she is an actually an evil person.

That is the choice. You may not like Trump on a personal level, but that is not the choice.

It's a choice between more of the destruction of freedom worldwide and decomposition of the USA, or one last chance to save the union as a leader and inspiration to the Free World.

Dream horses, Walls and how UNESCO has been turned into a terrorist tool

UNESCO makes a mockery of history to suit Islamic political terrorism

Today, UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization) passed a resolution listing two sites in Judea as Muslim sites, the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron and Rachel's Tomb in Bethlehem. The resolution ignored more than 3 millennia of Jewish history and attachment to the sites. Also ignored, were the recent terrorist attacks on the site of the tomb of the biblical Joseph of multi-coloured dream-coat fame.

An initial draft of UNESCO’s revisionist resolution had also called for the Western Wall of the Jewish Temple to be listed as an Islamic site, even though it is the holiest Jewish site commonly available to Jews today. The resolutions were proposed by the enlightened democracies of 6 UNESCO members - Algeria, Egypt, Kuwait, Morocco, Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates (there may be a factual error in this sentence, please try to guess what it is, but I do use sarcasm on occasion).

The Muslim argument is that the Western Wall of the Jewish Temple is Muslim because Mohammed in a dream tied a mythical horse to the Western Wall when Mohammed visited the location of the Jewish Temple in a dream.

However, the current Muslim argument by the terrorist entities of the “Palestinian” Authority and Hamas is that the two Jewish Temples were not in Jerusalem, in spite of the vast amount of archaeological evidence that they have tried to destroy. Therefore, Muslims argue that Jews (and by extension Christians because Jesus could never have walked there) have no claim to their 3,000+ year old capital city of Jerusalem if the Jewish Temple location was not there. That is the location they now claim because Mohammed tied his dream horse to the wall of the Jewish Temple.  

When you give control of UN bodies such as UNESCO, UNCHR, and UNGA to a de facto Muslim majority and their tyrannical allies, then you get this sort of hypocritical and illogical political lawfare that seeks to revise history into a mythical weapon.

Meanwhile, peace partner Abbas/Abu Mazen in the unelected 8^th year beyond his term of office incites and blesses terrorist attacks upon Jews because their “filthy feet” sully the Jewish Temple area. BHobama’s administration takes their usual moral equivalence between terrorism’s victims and the attackers. 384 days until bHobama is gone. I am counting.

Open Letter to Canadians from someone who has already seen the Liberal & NDP policies enacted in the UK

In the midst of this election season it’s been puzzling to encounter attacks on the Conservatives’ handling of the economy and on Canada’s current global reputation. I have recently been hearing from people around the world in unsolicited messages how they admire Canada’s current moral foreign policies and envy how the Conservatives guided the country through the financial devastation arising out of 2008. Canadians are largely oblivious to how bad things were beyond our borders. I originate from the UK and when I last visited, my birth city could only afford to light half the street-lamps at night. I’ve already lived through soft on terror, crime, high tax burden environments that pay for ever growing social welfare entitlements. Not here please!
Change can be good, but only when circumstances are distressed, and the cost of change is always high. My friends and family are aghast that Canada may not re-elect the Conservatives, and quite frankly, I am too.

I quote one friend “it is unbelievable that a democracy is going to throw out a financially competent party for the sake of change. Unbelievable!” It was “a miracle people were not stupid in the UK in May”.

Canada, don’t be stupid.

Everything you need to know about 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games

I was going to leave a blank page originally, then I thought that would be confusing. So here is everything I could find that was remotely interesting about the Pan Am/Parapan Am Games 2015.

They are being held around the Greater Toronto Area. In July.

The mascot is a rainbow tinged porcupine.

A new velodrome has been built in the middle of nowhere.

A big swimming pool has been built somewhere.

A new 24,000 seat stadium has been built and has 212 parking spaces.

There's a BMX track in a park. BMX is when people ride bikes that are too small for them, they pedal furiously and try to fly off ramps. City has been crying out for a BMX

Ontario taxpayers paid $10.6 million to cover the travel costs of athletes actually coming, otherwise they wouldn't have bothered.

I have met 2 people who have bought tickets. Actually bought tickets and paid real money, as opposed to those who have been given them for free by Members of the Provincial Parliament or local councillors.

N.B. "For free" actually means the Ontario taxpayers have paid for those tickets.

Dog or Lena Dunham? A Quiz

Following on from the quiz in New Yorker magazine that "Girls" actress Lena Dunham wrote for the March 30, 2015 issue, I was inspired to use her quiz as the basis for another quiz.

Jill is actually more of an acquaintance—I don’t know her well, but I really like her; she curates high-end terrariums and she’s a clog designer on the side. She’s really slim and well dressed, in an all-American, J. Crew-model sort of way. She was immediately all over her, panting and making a fool of herself. It was humiliating. Because here’s the thing: I am not a Jill. I will never be a Jill. And if that’s what she is looking for—some anorexic hipster with a glossy braid and freaking Swedish clog boots she sewed by hand—she should never have written her idiotic missives in the first place.

34. She once vomited on her seatmate in United business class, then ran up and down the aisle in a panic. This is acceptable. Being on a United Airlines flight should make anyone vomit and run up and down the aisle in a panic.

35. She needs lots of psychiatric help to deal with some very troubling issues of insecurity and inadequacy.

Candidate B H Obama's previous visit to Israel

I have previously blogged on this but it bears repeating today. When BHObama was initially a candidate for the US presidency he visited Israel. He went to Gilo, a South Western suburb of Jerusalem, although BHObama ignored the map and compass, and declared it to be East Jerusalem.

Anyhow, we both stood at the same spot, him in 2008 and me in 2010, being shown the same things by the same guide. The guide advised to look up, just as Candidate BHObama had done, and I saw the pock marks of bullets fired at civilians etched in the Jerusalem stone of residential apartments and the bullet proof shutters required by the inhabitants that overlooked a beautiful valley. The shutters had to be kept closed for protection. The valley sits between Gilo and Beit Jala, which was a village used as a firing point for snipers and mortar bombardment by non-resident Fatah terror operatives (a.k.a. "peace partners") against the civilians of Gilo. Israel had belatedly constructed a part of a security fence in the middle of the valley to try to protect the civilians.  BHObama’s immediate comment to the guide was that this was purely a "land grab" by Israel. He ignored the evidence of the terrorist bullets, he ignored the location of the fence being central, he ignored the fact that this was Jewish owned land before the British trained and commanded Arab Legion of TransJordan had captured the area in 1948 and ethnically cleansed it of Jews.

Somehow, BHObama’s default position was that this defensive measure against terrorist activity on Jewish owned land was a "land grab" by Jews.

This is his ideological mindset and he cannot be trusted with the future of the Jewish people.

Hopefully - Pope Andres Rodriguez Maradiaga of Honduras

Alan Dershowitz recently warned that a virulent anti-Semite was on the short list to become next pope.

In spite of Alan Dershowitz’s warning to the Catholic church, I would like Cardinal Andres Rodriguez Maradiaga of Honduras to be appointed the next Pope. This is not in spite of, but rather because of, his history of hateful anti-Semitic statements and actions. Anti-semites and ethno-racists who stand behind their hate can be more easily thwarted in their schemes than those who slither around professing their good intentions whilst doing harm.

Those who have to loudly proclaim that they are your friends, and that they have your back, are those least likely to be your friends or to have your back, unless it is to stab you in it. Some may even actually believe they are doing you a favour to save you from yourself, but those are the ones who do you most damage.

Whilst I hold Professor Dershowitz in high regard for his often lonely efforts against falsehood and hatred, my respectful advice to him is that he would be better placed looking over his shoulder before he has to exclaim “et tu, Barack”.

Morsi justifies his anti-Semitic tirades and the US buys it

Reading the justification accepted by the US for the anti-semitic tirades by Egypt’s president Morsi, it seems like Lewis Carroll could have included the excuse in Alice Through the Looking Glass as logic was lacking.  

 

It was reported that “both sides… want to get beyond the gap”? The "gap" is a record of Morsi's more virulent sub-medieval anti-Semitic rants and the "both sides" in this case actually refer to Morsi and the US, represented by the visiting John McCain (who I actually do admire). However, it was not the US who was party to Morsi’s vile ethno-racism, so by ignoring the actual victim of the slander and moving on, the US is accepting Morsi had a legitimate, though disagreeable, point.

And I bet they both "want to get beyond the gap" because Egypt’s dire economy needs US funding to feed its population and Obama’s administration wants to give funds from the US’s dire economy to Morsi’s Muslim Brotherhood government.   There should be no "get out of jail free" card for Morsi’s coarse, base, ignorant and vile hatred.

Unlike Morsi, I have never been a member or supporter of a nazi inspired organization, such as the Muslim Brotherhood. Nonetheless, if I ranted that all Muslims or Egyptians are diseased bloodsucking pigs and apes, I would rightly be considered persona non grata with John McCain, and of course with Barack Hussein Obama and the US State department, even if I explained that this was just a comment on Egypt's economic policies and its policy of supporting jihadi terrorists and not really a statement pertaining to all Muslims. Morsi has justified his hate based on a fiction dictated by his world view and he made false claims that were unchallenged in the media reports. Morsi even asserted that Israel, the victim of over 12,000 missile attacks from Gaza, a place that Israel itself ethnically cleansed of Jews, should take no action against the terrorists and their supporters there.

 

Whilst Mali and Algeria burn, the US turned a blind eye to the one resurgent age-old hatred now acceptable in Western polite society, and seeks to funnel billions of dollars to the promoter and terrorist enabler of such evil.

The current political cowardice of BHObama administration and the lamentable US foreign policy are a sore sight for democratic eyes.
